We currently ship to the United States.
How long does shipping take?

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order through the shipping carrier’s website. If you haven’t received a tracking number or need assistance, feel free to contact us!
Returns
How do I return an item?
To return an item, contact us at bysisishop@gmail.com within 14 days with your order number. Items must be in original condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the return is due to an error on our part. See our Refund Policy for more details.
How long does it take to process my return?
Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your item. We'll notify you once your return is complete!
Can I exchange for a different item?
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

I have sensitive ears, will these earrings cause irritation?
Don’t worry! Our earrings are crafted with high-quality materials to minimize irritation. If you do experience any discomfort, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee (excluding shipping fees).
Are the screw-on backs difficult to use?
It might take a little practice at first, but once you get the hang of it, they’re easy! If twisting the back is tricky, try holding it still and twisting the front instead. For long-lasting wear, we recommend giving them a quick twist each morning to keep them secure!
Can I use different backs with my earrings?
Absolutely! You can use silicone backs or any other type you prefer. Just make sure to leave a small gap between the back and your ear lobe to prevent irritation or bacteria buildup.
